2022 Convention: Nashville, Tennessee

organized by Rock★

Date: July 21-24, 2022
(pre-con event: July 20)
Sheraton Music City Hotel, Nashville, Tennessee

Announcement from Rock★

Welcome Krewe to Contry!

Contry will be held in the central US city of Nashville. This con will be hosted by myself, Rock★, and will be helped by a few volunteers to be named later. Nashville is the Music City and home to many great attractions and things to do. Some key attractions are the Grand Ole Opry, The Ryman Auditorium, the Johnny Cash Museum, and the Country Music Hall of Fame. We have a lot of scenic landscapes here in Nashville, including famous showboats and our very own Parthenon in Central Park. Nashville and the surrounding areas are home to over 30 escape rooms, the Bourbon and Whiskey Trail, and many distilleries and breweries. The July weather here will be great for getting out and seeing the sights as the average is roughly 81°F.

Convention Drop-in Policy
Locals can "drop-in" for a single session Thursday or Friday night without paying and we encourage local puzzlers considering membership to do so. Thursday and Friday night sessions start at 8PM. If you like what you see at the session, it may be possible for a local person to join the League and pay the con fee during con, in order to attend the rest of con. If you are interested, contact the con host, Rock★.

Code of Conduct
The organizers of this convention are committed to preserving a welcoming and respectful environment for anyone who wishes to participate. We do not tolerate harassment of convention-goers or League members in any form. If you feel that any individual is speaking or acting inappropriately, either toward you or to someone else, please contact a member of the Code of Conduct Committee to mediate or intercede, as necessary.
