As usual, we will be having a flat competition at Con. This year, in honor of our host city, the title is "A Little Bit Country."

At least one base for your flat must include the name of a world nation. (The demonym or adjective form -- French, Uruguayan, i-Kiribati, etc. -- is also acceptable.)

Any flat type that has appeared in the Enigma is fair game. Bear in mind that the flats will be solved without references and under time pressure, so it's generally better to steer clear of super-obscure words or things that require detailed subject expertise. (You should write those flats anyway and send them to the Enigma!) Novice composers are encouraged!
