After 29 years, the National Puzzlers' League convention is returning
Contario will take place from July 9-12, 2020, at the Chelsea Hotel
in downtown Toronto. Rooms are $209/night CAD. As of September 2019, that's
about $157/night USD. (The reservation link is not yet available.)
There's a parking garage for $36/day CAD ($27/day USD). The
Chelsea is super close to the subway line—the city, escape rooms
and all, will be at your fingertips.
REMINDER: If you are coming from outside Canada,
make sure your passport is up to date!
NOTE: The Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative allows most US citizens traveling
exclusively by land to use an Enhanced Driver's License instead of a passport.
These licenses are currently only issued by
Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Vermont, and Washington.

Convention Drop-in Policy
Locals can "drop-in" for a single session Thursday or Friday night without paying
and we encourage local puzzlers considering membership to do so.
Thursday and Friday night sessions start at 8PM.
If you like what you see at the session, it may be possible for a local person
to join the League and pay the con fee during con, in order to attend the rest of con.

The organizers of this convention are committed to preserving a welcoming and respectful environment for
anyone who wishes to participate. We do not tolerate harassment of convention-goers or League members
in any form. If you feel that any individual is speaking or acting inappropriately, either toward you or to
someone else, please contact a member of the Code of Conduct Committee to mediate or intercede, as necessary.
